Orama teams come together to participate in a exciting team-building event in Trieste
In the lovely city of Trieste, Orama people met to share knowledge and ideas, shaping the future of the group. From 4 to 6 april 2023 the teams from Hyfire, Ramtech and Argus had the opportunity to share their vision and the new exciting opportunities on the horizon. The wireless protection market is growing and the possibilities are aplenty. Orama and Envol Coaching organized a team-building event where people from the three sister companies could meet, mingle, talk about the successes and the future of the brands, eat some delicious food and finally participate in a team-building event throughout Trieste. The objective? Understanding that cooperation between teammates and a common goal is the best path to success.
Well being and results
On the 4th of April, after making sure our teams were well-fed and well-rested, we introduced them to the two coaches for the event who told them the mental and physical benefits of an active lifestyle. Then on the 5th of April, the main event took place: different people across all departments presented the results and objectives of the three companies, with the aim of understanding common objectives, growing opportunities and the best innovation processes. Then, an exciting treasure hunt further consolidated the links between the teams! The 40 people hailing from Italy and UK were divided in 8 squads, which then competed to complete the treasure hunt and score the most points. Some of the challenges they had to face? History questions, long walks, stair running and even a quick “dip” in the Trieste sea.
Team-building awards
Finally, on the morning of the 6th of April, Giorgio Koursaris, the managing director of Orama, congratulated the participants and gave them awards based on their achievements both during the contest and their work at the company. Each prize reflected one of the core values of Orama. «The event was a huge success, as the teams came together to celebrate our yearly results and to talk about our shared vision and future» said Koursaris, highlighting the power of teamwork and companionship.
